A member of the firm since 1980 and a principal since 1987, Mr. Kohrs serves as president. His responsibilities include the day-to-day operation of the firm, maintaining and growing the company's position in the market and assuring client satisfaction. Further responsibilities include efficient design of mechanical systems, including energy management systems, water and air transport systems, piping and duct systems, temperature controls, ventilation and indoor air quality, chiller and boiler systems and mechanical systems cost control.
