Joseph Kohrs, PE
Joseph Kohrs, a past president of the firm, currently serves as the Executive Director of Engineering and has over 35 years’ experience in the industry. His responsibilities include coaching and mentoring KLH’s engineering staff and setting the firm’s engineering direction. Project responsibilities include overall quality control and managing the efficient design of mechanical systems including energy management systems, water and air transport systems, piping and duct systems, temperature controls, ventilation and indoor air quality, chiller and boiler systems and systems cost control.
Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Kentucky.
His hobbies include woodworking and building furniture. He also enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors.
