Brian Bruggeman
As Principal and Chief Client Officer, Brian Bruggeman is responsible for managing the firm’s client relations, business development and sales strategies. He has been involved in the development of asset management and facilities master plan reports, executive summaries and presentations for KLH as well. Brian has spoken at many events including the Bluegrass BIM Inaugural Meeting, SMPS Kentucky, Ohio Library Council, Ohio Parks and Recreation Association and Kentucky League of Cities Annual Conference.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Kentucky. He is an active member of Bluegrass BIM, Commerce Lexington Public Policy Council, Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, ICSC Ohio Government Relations Committee, Construction Users Round Table Technology and Productivity Committee, Society for College and University Planning and Junior Achievement of Lexington. He was also a member of Christ the King School COVID-19 Re-Opening Advisory Committee.
When he isn’t with clients, he enjoys family time, long runs, cooking, lawn care, golfing, the beach and touring MLB stadiums with his son.
