Louisville Tile Showroom & Warehouse
KLH provided full engineering design services for the 25,000-square-foot office and showroom fit-out for Louisville Tile Company’s West Chester location. The renovated space supports both customer experience and operational efficiency, featuring a modern showroom, closing rooms, warehouse, conference space, commercial sales area, restrooms, offices, and a training room.
KLH’s scope of work included the design of new HVAC systems, lighting, updated plumbing, fire alarm systems, and all associated electrical systems for the facility.
