Rumpke Corporate Office

The new three-story Rumpke corporate headquarters brought 180 employees from seven different buildings into one modern workspace. By centralizing the finance, human resources, marketing and customer services departments all under one roof, Rumpke streamlined their operations team while providing a pleasant work environment and set themselves up for future growth. The new state-of-the-art office space features a classic brick design, functional work space and amenities including break room cafes, outdoor dining and walking path.

By utilizing LEED concepts, the KLH team focused on sustainability and green technology throughout the design of this project. Energy models were created throughout the design process to determine building energy use for mechanical systems and lighting controls. KLH provided full MEP design for this project.
