A Toll Brothers Design Studio provides homeowners the opportunity to see, touch and select all of the personalized elements in their new-construction home. Interior designers work with customers to identify a design style and select the products that fit and enhance their desired lifestyle. The Design Studios showcase the latest kitchen and bath trends including flooring, countertops, tubs, showers, faucets, appliances and lighting. A test kitchen and operational appliances and plumbing fixtures give the customer a chance to use products and not just see products on display.

KLH provides mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting design and communication and information technology design services for all Toll Brothers Design Studios nationwide. Engineering services include site surveys, construction documentation and construction administration services including site observation visits.
