Welcome to KLH! What drew you to the AEC industry, and what excites you most about joining our team?

A large part of the AEC industry is centered on placemaking, which deepens human connection. This foundational trait aligns with my passion for creating environments that are inclusive and inviting.

The people at KLH have good energy—I’m inspired by the teamwork I’ve witnessed. My colleagues genuinely want to help each other and unite to achieve a common goal. I’m honored to be a part of the team.

If you could describe your approach to business development in three words, what would they be—and why?

Thoughtful, authentic and inspired.

I am driven by the energy of people passionate about enhancing the world around them. Connection is built on active listening and consideration of diverse perspectives.

What motivates you to do your best work every day?

Collaborating with thoughtful, considerate individuals who are united in solving complex challenges and improving the end-user experience motivates me to give my best every day.

If you could learn something new this year, what would it be?

There’s plenty I’m excited about learning this year. At work, I’m looking forward to learning how to best support the team. Outside of work, I would like to learn how to play acoustic guitar.

What’s a hidden talent or hobby that your colleagues might be surprised to learn about?

This is self-proclaimed—I am very good at packing the car for a road trip. I can quickly organize things spatially.

What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend when you have no plans?

No plans = the best type of day. I tend to fill the time with a good book or a walk in the park. Might get crazy and watch a movie, ha!

What’s your go-to karaoke song (or the one you’d never dare to sing)?

LOL, so many options here … I’ll go with “Sugar, We’re Going Down” by Fall Out Boy.
