WELL Building Consulting

It is estimated people spend approximately 90 percent of their time in enclosed spaces (1). For that reason, the built environment can have a great impact on an individual’s health.

The WELL Building Standard is a performance-based system that measures, certifies and monitors features of the built environment that affects people’s health and wellness such as the quality of air, water and light. By achieving WELL Certification, construction leaders and building owners can ensure these enclosed spaces are healthy to occupy while also demonstrating their commitment to their building occupants’ well-being.

KLH has been calculating ventilation air, verifying water quality, designing high-quality lighting systems, and creating comfortable spaces since before WELL was released in 2014. We specialize in understanding built environments and engineering systems to support people where they live, work, play, shop, learn and heal. The firm provides WELL Certification services as well as providing engineering services on WELL projects. We have WELL AP on staff ready to support on any project goals.
