Culture of innovation

Like the iconic explorers and pioneers who have paved the way to new worlds, we are not afraid to explore uncharted territory. We invite every person at KLH to bring an idea to the table to help us put a new lens on engineering. We bring distinct ideas, improved technologies, and new resources to old problems to uncover fresh perspectives and original approaches. This is what makes us unique, and what makes us a change-maker.

EMERGE

EMERGE is KLH’s employee resource group (ERG) for employees from diverse backgrounds including women, minorities and LGBTQ+, as well as their allies. The goals of EMERGE are to foster a positive and inclusive environment; provide networking, professional development and mentorship opportunities; impact the community through student outreach and volunteerism; and create a communication feedback loop.

Keep Lending a Hand

We are not only change-makers in the industry, but also in our own local communities. Created in 2016, Keep Lending a Hand is a community service program dedicated to supporting our employees in their charitable work and improving the regions where they live, work and play. The mission of the program is to donate time, expertise and financial resources to qualifying community and charitable organizations that help people in need. In addition, KLH gives employees 10 paid service hours per year for hands-on volunteering.
