Michael Albanese, PE
Michael Albanese, PE, serves as principal and director of product and technology at KLH Engineers, where he oversees the firm’s software direction and the teams that design and deliver both internal and client-facing technology. Previously, he founded and led a construction technology venture, driving the development of graph-based platforms and AI tools that help contractors, manufacturers, and project teams make faster, more informed decisions. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer whose perspective is grounded in real-world construction experience, including his earlier tenure at KLH from 2009 to 2021.
Michael holds a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Louisville.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling or getting outdoors off the beaten path. You are likely to find him in the hills of eastern Kentucky with his kids off roading, hiking, or rock climbing.
