KLH provided MEP systems design for the newly constructed Aloft Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky. The bold and modern 70,000-square-foot hotel, which primarily appeals to young business travelers, features 125 high-tech guest rooms, plenty of meeting space and is loaded with guest amenities. The $27 million hotel sited on a former golf course is a fresh and contemporary destination close to many scenic and recreational attractions in suburban Louisville.

The firm’s scope of work included full mechanical, electrical and plumbing design on this new ground-up hotel.
