KLH Engineers provided full MEP services for the design of this new hotel. In addition to the guest rooms, this highly efficient facility also houses traditional hotel support spaces. The hotel consists of four floors and 145 guest rooms. Sustainable features include building-wide and per-guest room energy management systems, highly efficient HVAC and lighting, reduced water consumption, improved indoor air quality and reduced CO2 emission footprint.

Located in the heart of Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area, the hotel is adjacent to a new SummerHill Homes master development along El Camino Real. The hotel will cater to Silicon Valley, a high-tech company business traveling community, while still offering close proximity to prominent San Francisco attractions.
