KLH provided consulting engineering services for the new Bassett prototype in Frisco, Texas. The prototype uses a great room to showcase the best-selling case goods, furniture and décor in a home-centered concept. An in-store Design Studio provides customers the opportunity to view online products not available in store and engage in one-on-one consultations with interior designers.

KLH provided mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm and fire protection engineering services including pre-construction coordination services, construction documentation, and construction administration services including site observation.
