John Glenn International Airport Consolidated Rent-A-Car Facility

The new 1,200,000-square-foot consolidated rent-a-car (ConRAC) facility is the first phase of development in the John Glenn International Airport’s master plan for expansion and facility improvements. The new multi-level facility offers parking for 2,600 vehicles, a ready/return garage, quick turnaround area and idle vehicle storage space.

KLH served as the Engineer of Record for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology systems design, as well as the design of the underground electrical utility relocation. The $140 million complex is slated to be operational in the fourth quarter of 2021.
