Leuderalbert and Gorris to Speak at Cincinnati BIM User Group Panel

Jeff Leuderalbert, PE, principal and senior electrical engineer, and Luke Gorris, electrical engineering associate at Kohrs Lonnemann Heil Engineers, Inc. (KLH Engineers), will serve as featured panelists at the Cincinnati BIM User Group event titled “Design Technology – Passive House Technology and AI Design Panel.” The event will take place on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. EDT at Elevar Design Group in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The panel will examine the growing role of artificial intelligence in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry. At KLH Engineers, Leuderalbert and Gorris have played a key role in advancing the firm’s AI initiatives, bringing experience in programming, teaching and developing strategies that support responsible AI adoption, improved workflows and enhanced design efficiency.

Joining Leuderalbert and Gorris on the AI panel will be Michael Rensing, director of technology at GBBN, and Ryan Warr, an electrical engineer with Elevar Design Group involved in the firm’s AI implementation efforts.

The program will also include a presentation by Steven Rhodes, an engineer and Phius Certified Consultant (CPHC), who will highlight passive building methodology and Phius energy‑modeling tools through a case study of Central Ohio’s first Phius‑certified single‑family home.
