Hershey’s Chocolate World
At 7,500 square feet, the new Hershey’s Chocolate World in Times Square is three times the size of its original location. With two entrances, the L-shaped store boasts its signature confections as well as Hershey’s Kitchen, which sells baked goods; the S’mores Experience, where freshly made s’mores are ordered from a camper window; and Sweet Personalization, where you can create a personalized wrapper for your chocolate bar.
KLH provided project management and HVAC, plumbing and electrical design services. Additionally, KLH’s scope included a pre-construction site survey, construction documentation, construction administration as well as permit-ready fire alarm and fire sprinkler drawings.
