Otterbein University STEAM Innovation Center

The Point is home to Otterbein University’s science, technology, engineering, arts and math (STEAM) Innovation Center. The 61,000-square-foot center combines business, industry and academics into a single space where students can focus on the manufacturing needs of the community, commercializing these ideas and bringing new products and services to the market.

KLH provided MEP design on the transformation of the underutilized metal building into the new modern academic space. Scope of work for this project included mechanical HVAC systems design, electrical system updates, plumbing engineering design, fire protection systems design and communications and information technology engineering design.
