Rivian
The shift toward electric vehicles has created a growing need for environments that support both meaningful customer engagement and evolving operational demands. Guided by a mission to accelerate the transition to zero-emission transportation, Rivian continues to expand its national footprint with facilities that balance purpose and performance.
As a trusted partner, KLH Engineers has supported this growth through work on numerous Rivian projects across the country, including service centers, customer-facing spaces, charging posts, parts distribution facilities, build-to-suit developments, peer reviews, and last-mile hubs.
The Rivian space in Nashville, Tennessee, is a 10,264-square-foot facility that combines a front-of-house retail experience designed to inspire exploration with back-of-house operations and an attached garage that supports customer engagement. The site also features Level 2 exterior chargers to accommodate test drive vehicles.
Through close coordination with the project team, KLH provided comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design, along with construction administration services to help deliver a functional, flexible space aligned with Rivian’s forward-thinking brand.
