Green Township Police Department

As Green Township grew, its existing public safety and administrative facilities became undersized and unable to support modern, 24/7 police operations. The project reimagines the civic campus by consolidating and expanding critical services into purpose-built facilities that better serve both the department and the community.

The new police station brings together administration, investigations, and patrol functions, along with a temporary holding area, interview rooms, evidence processing with high-density storage, and a training room that also supports community use. Solar canopies introduce on-site power generation while protecting police vehicles and supporting future EV infrastructure. The redevelopment also includes renovations to the existing administration building and site improvements.

KLH Engineers provided full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology design, including HVAC zoning, emergency power distribution, lighting, fire alarm and protection systems, and integrated security. Systems were designed for continuous operation, supporting reliability, resiliency, and uninterrupted service for critical public safety functions.
