MOD Pizza
KLH has provided MEP design services for more than 50 MOD Pizza locations. Established in 2007, this artisan-style pizza restaurant has expanded significantly and expects annual revenue of $60 million. The restaurants are located in shopping centers or areas and are generally between 2,500 and 2,800 square feet. The project shown is located at the Oakley Station mixed-use development in Cincinnati, Ohio.
