NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory

KLH contributed to the effort to reduce energy consumption at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Pasadena, California. The JPL is a government-owned facility that supports robotic space flight operations, mission critical operations and operates NASA’s Deep Space Network. KLH provided designs for the upgrade of the facility’s major systems. Because the facility was occupied during construction, a schedule was implemented to minimize disruptions. In addition to reducing energy costs, the facility will have more reliable systems and reduced maintenance-related work.
