St. Elizabeth Heart and Vascular

St. Elizabeth Heart and Vascular is a 66,000-square-foot, three-story medical office building. The first floor has vascular testing including a nuclear medicine camera testing suite and a large cardiac rehab facility. The second and third floors are large clinic space. A single-story portion of the building is a hospital cardiac catheterization suite. Due to the facility’s close proximity to St. Elizabeth Edgewood Hospital, the majority of the facility is designed as a hospital-operated department. This sets a requirement for hospital-grade mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure to improve the indoor air quality.

KLH worked directly for facility developer, Zala Construction, on the project.
