Ambrose H. Clement Health Center

The Ambrose H. Clement Health Center was completed in conjunction with a multi-family residential development in Avondale for UC Health. The 7,300-square-foot-clinic includes 12 exam rooms, one procedure room, a lab draw room, 2 consult rooms, physician offices, restrooms, a waiting area and a group community room. Additional space was programmed for expansion as patient volume increases in time. KLH served as the Engineer of Record for the clinic and the mixed-use residential development.
