St. Elizabeth MOB at Northern Kentucky University

The US 27 and Nunn Drive gateway to the campus of Northern Kentucky University (NKU) is receiving a facelift thanks to a $103 million mixed-use Public Private Partnership between NKU, Campbell County Fiscal Court, the City of Highland Heights and Fairmount Properties, the master developer. This 65,000-square-foot medical office building is Phase I of a multi-phased build out that will also include an office building, housing, retail, parking, a hotel and public gathering space.

St. Elizabeth Physicians will occupy the majority of the building and provide primary and urgent care and include space for specialty physicians. OrthoCincy, a regional orthopedics and sports medicine practice, will also be a pivotal tenant by providing physical therapy and orthopedic care.

KLH has been a strategic partner throughout the entire pre-development process through construction by leveraging our understanding of the P3 process with local relationships that proved to be beneficial to the project’s implementation.
