Crane Factory Flats

Once home to the Hamilton County Board of Elections, the property at 824 Broadway in Cincinnati, Ohio, underwent an adaptive re-use into Crane Factory Flats, a luxury apartment complex. Originally constructed in 1913, the building has gone through many renovations over the course of its 100+ year history. In its current use, the property provides luxury living on the east side of downtown Cincinnati featuring 63 rental apartments ranging from 716 square feet to 1,331 square feet.
