Residences at Ag47

Residences at Ag47 is a $50 million residential mixed-use development in Silverton, Ohio, that boasts 204 luxury apartments with nine different floor plan options in three buildings. The complex features one four-story apartment building and two three-story townhome buildings with flats.

The 10-acre phased project consisted of the residential community in phase one followed by a 60,000-square-foot, three-story commercial building development during phase two. The facility celebrated its grand opening in Spring of 2019.
