The M/I Homes Design Studio provides homeowners the opportunity to bring their unique vision of their future home to life. From flooring to ceiling lights, professional design consultants work with customers to assemble personalized choices for their home. The well-lit showroom provides all the latest kitchen and bath trends for customers to see and touch to help make their dream a reality.

KLH worked closely with M/I Homes leadership to provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, fire alarm, general and specialty lighting design, and communication and information technology design services for their new tenant space. Additional engineering services provided include a pre-construction site survey, construction documentation, and limited construction administration services including RFI and submittal review. KLH’s lighting design professionals also went on a final site visit to focus and aim specialty lighting for enhanced showcasing.
