KLH teamed with Price Chopper to evaluate their internal processes, construction processes and their proof-of-concept store designs for their Market 32 brand. In this ideation or immersion phase, KLH helped standardize many internal elements, from Price Chopper’s drawing organization sheet index and AutoCAD layer management system to external/construction elements, such as expanding their direct buy vendor pool. KLH did this while paying close attention to certain key branding elements, adapting suggestions and designs around those elements so the Market 32 brand was kept top of mind. The result was a Market 32 prototype that was shared with local architects and engineers to help spread the Market 32 banner across their northeastern fleet of stores.
